@GeorgeJ4336 Yes, I've been following 2 blogs you mentioned, and I've also posted in eCommerce modernization Ideascale to report to PTO about broken XML files among others. I really hope PTO won't be shutting down EFS-Web and Private Pair on the 15th!

Prior Art Module is becoming a time consuming way to manage IDS?
Recently, adding a new reference to prior art requires us to enter a "title" of a document. This is an extremely time consuming thing when AppColl no longer became unable to obtain information from Google patent.
Most information is filled in with information retrieved from EPO which most often is incorrect. We've been manually typing the publication/issue date in to reflect correct ones. When AppColl requires a "title" of the document, when the document is in foreign langues, then we would have to search somewhere else to find English titles for those documents.
IDS forms do not indicate any "titles". We are puzzled why this recent change was made to require a "title" to be inserted. If we are doing something wrong, and there's a way to easily enter a "title" when AppColl cannot automatically fills in, please let us know.

RE: We've Transitioned to Patent Center
@mike_appcoll This transition has been painful because I'm having to manually enter information for receiving issue notification & notice of publication. I'm not sure what other information I will have to manually enter until PTO fix the XML file for Patent Center (since the customer service person from AppColl claimed that the XML file is lacking information).
