<p dir="auto">Usually the word "Corporation" would need to be filled in.  Likely, because there is no field in appcoll about the type of entity the client is.  It would be helpful if there could be a field for this in the contact entry for a client so this can be autofilled when the 3.73(c) form is generated (for almost every POA we file).</p>

<p dir="auto">Hi Mark - this is a good suggestion. We have added this a formal change request by auto-populating the field with "Corporation" upon generation. Currently, we will leave the contact record alone. We hope this helps.</p>
