Hi Michael. Thanks for the feedback. Did you know that AppColl can create one invoice per matter in a bulk operation? This may alleviate the issue you have with multiple users trying to create multiple client-specific invoices. Now, as you know, this will not allow for editing multiple invoices by multiple users simultaneously.
I agree. I currently use a separate spreadsheet for organizing oddball tasks. One of the main benefits of this spreadsheet over AppColl is the ability to color code the task entries so I can better view / absorb the task list. I'd love to have this ability in AppColl and get rid of this additional spreadsheet.
Hi Bruce and Christian - The EarliestBenefitDateEdited was not meant to be included in task triggers. This will removed. It's an internal field we use to know whether an EBD has been manually edited by the user.
If another connection is added to a matter, we will automatically recalc the EBD, for the current matter as well as each matter in the family (assuming a change is needed). I hope this helps.
Hi Catherine. It looks like the new SB08a form resets the numbering for each category. And not a continuous number all the way through each category. We wouldn't be able to change this since the form forces the cite number. We hope this helps.
@BrandonK6644 We worked in depth with our developers on this today. Unfortunately, there is not a way to make this work within the current reporting capabilities of AppColl.
