Hi all! Has anyone successfully created a task for the receipt of an issue notification, to create the hard deadline for filing CON/CIP/DIV cases?

@support_appcoll The deadline generated from the NOA would be a soft deadline. When we receive the issue notification, we have the absolute final deadline to file and still claim priority without having to restore. In theory, the deadline generated from the NOA would work but there is always a chance that it changes depending how the USPTO is processing.

Here's how I have it configured.

Since the CON/DIV/CIP would have to be filed before the issuance, you would want to trigger off the Notice of Allowance code. Or are we missing something?
