Matter status: "Withdrawn"

Hi,
Might be a stupid question but couldn't find the answer online.
How come we cannot set a matter status as "withdrawn"? (which is different from all the other status, such as "abandoned")
If this doesn't exist, could AppColl create that status with the associated date (although the associated date of the withdrawal doesn't have hte same importance as the abandonment date as regards third-parties)?
