Import refs from Patent Center rather than Espacenet

When loading available references from an issued U.S. Patent, is there a way to have it grab the references from patent center rather than Espacenet.

@gregg_appcoll Thanks. How long does it typically take for an issued patent to be available on espcaenet to grab the references cited?

We evaluated this and came to the conclusion that the data in Patent Center was incomplete and some times invalid. As such, we still rely on eSpaceNet which has cleaner data at this time.
We will look at this again down the road to se if things have gotten better.
