How to clear paid annuities and have the next years automatically populate

I'm new to AppColl. Is it possible to clear paid annuities and have the next years automatically populate or do I have to manually add not only the annuities due date, but the 3-, 2- and 1-month reminders?

AppColl triggers 1st, 2nd and Final maintenance fee deadlines for US matters when and issue date is filled in the matter field...if you want other reminders you can add those task types so they auto trigger when the issue date is filled.
