@support_appcoll Hey Gregg. Did this feature get turned off? I don't seem to get any emails when a new client contact is created with a customer number that is not listed in the eofficeaction field of the settings page. This feature would be very helpful to us.

It would be very helpful if there was a user permission setting available through a user's contact. Currently, the only way to authorize a user to create email templates is by setting that user as an account administrator.
