Hi! looking for best practices in a few areas of AppColl.
How do you all handle follow ups? we are hoping to automate part of this process. But I am curious as to how other firms handle this within AppColl. Our docket templates previously would have follow up tasks auto populate with deadlines. So it makes me nervous to have NOTHING Are. you using the reminder option to send to your own email as a reminder to follow up with someone? are you sending auto emails on certain intervals? are you just looking at the task tab and only following up with clients that have deadlines within a certain time frame?
