Universal Email Intake Feature

I think it would be valuable to have a feature to perform universal email intake for all matters from a single email address. So we could copy all of our emails to a single email address and AppColl would use rule-based or AI-based algorithms to determine what client and matter an email should belong to and save the email accordingly. There could be a view which paralegals can see which allows them to see the emails received, how AppColl categorized them, and allows them to correct/recategorize if necessary. The system could learn from the adjustments that paralegals are making to improve accuracy. If there are emails which the system has low confidence in, the paralegals could review/approve categorizations before they happen if confidence is under a certain threshold.
This would save a lot of time and reduce the friction of finding/knowing the matter-specific AppColl email address for each matter.
