Hi Christian,
Currently, the solutions you mentioned are the only ways of doing so. However, we are working on a solution. We will certainly make this known once it's done.

@KimG5166 this is on our list of future projects. We will make an announcement when this has been added. We hope this helps.
Hi Christian and Sadiq - we understand what you're asking and will pass this on to engineering.
Hi Sadiq - do you have an example matter we can take a look at?
Thanks.
@GeorgeJ4336 thank you for the suggestion. We will certainly pass this on the engineering.
@BrandonK6644 The following query should work for your first question. Please let us know if you have questions.
Yes, there is. You can use triggers for multiple task types that are all the same. So task 1 would trigger when some other action occurs. Task 2 would trigger from the exact same action as task 1 did. Same with tasks 3, 4, etc.
We might be able to do this if you're using AppColl to send the email. We will pass this onto engineering. Unfortunately, it would not be possible to do so if you're using Outlook/Gmail due to browser restrictions on the amount of data that can be sent to another email program.
Thank you for pointing this out George. We will get this taken care of and let you know when done.
We have added this as a formal new feature request. We will let you know when this has been added.

Hi Leslie,
We're working with engineering to see if this is possible. We will get back to you soon. Thanks.

We evaluated this and came to the conclusion that the data in Patent Center was incomplete and some times invalid. As such, we still rely on eSpaceNet which has cleaner data at this time.
We will look at this again down the road to se if things have gotten better.
Thank you for the suggestion. We will look into adding an option to choose between the two. We hope this helps.
@BrandonK6644 Let me get back to you on this.

We will certainly get this added Christian. Thanks for letting us know.

Hi Kim,
Thank you for the suggestion. We will pass your suggestion on to engineering for future consideration. Please keep the ideas coming.
