Will Foreign File

What does "Will Foreign File" (see Matter) mean and what function does this checkbox serve? I can't find reference to it in the documentation. Thanks!

Hi-

That checkbox is a courtesy reminder to yourself... if you need a foreign file.
Sort of like an application off the present application.
