Set "Favorite" form letters/customize form letter list

It would be nice if we could more quickly/readily access the form letters we most commonly use, while removing or de-emphasizing form letters we use less or not at all.

We have added this as a formal feature request. The plan is to add another element to the list like "Form Letters" and "USPTO Forms" called "Recently Used Forms".

@support_appcoll Yes, the search tab works, but it's a very bad user experience to type in the same form name each time. Better would be to have my commonly used forms sitting there at the top ready for me to click, instead of obscure forms that I will never use. I thought this was clear, I'm not sure what the response of "use the search box" was supposed to accomplish.

@support_appcoll I use the search feature, but this is a valuable request for 2 reasons.

1. It would be more convenient than searching if your most recently used forms are right at the top.

2. It is easy to forget a form that you like to file (e.g. authorization of internet communication). Then 3 years later you realize that you forgot to do it, so you have to do a special filing project then. If the most recently used forms were at the top of the list, it would be easier to remember all of the ones that you like to file.

You should be able to quickly search for the one(s) you're looking for with the search box. Does that not work for you?
