We've Transitioned to Patent Center
-
AppColl has transitioned to Patent Center as of Nov 6. In conjunction with the retiring of Private PAIR, AppColl has completely migrated to using Patent Center for data retrieval and document downloads.

@GeorgeJ4336 Yes, I've been following 2 blogs you mentioned, and I've also posted in eCommerce modernization Ideascale to report to PTO about broken XML files among others. I really hope PTO won't be shutting down EFS-Web and Private Pair on the 15th!

@KozueL5421 This is but one of may shortcomings of Patent Center. Several groups and individual practitioners have complained to the USPTO about abandoning EFS-Web and Private PAIR in favor of Patent Center, at least until Patent Center is capable of reliably providing all the services of the prior systems, and about the PTO's plan to require DOCX submissions. See, for example:

@mike_appcoll This transition has been painful because I'm having to manually enter information for receiving issue notification & notice of publication. I'm not sure what other information I will have to manually enter until PTO fix the XML file for Patent Center (since the customer service person from AppColl claimed that the XML file is lacking information).
