EP unitary patent with additional validations

In the past, when an EP patent issued, we’d just keep one EP matter in AppColl (even with multiple validation countries) and use that for maintenance reminders. Once unitary patents became an option, we did the same thing and just checked the “Unitary Effect” box.

Now we’ve got our first case with both a unitary patent and extra validation countries. Curious how others handle this—do you set up a separate matter for the unitary patent, or do you create individual matters for each validated country?
