form fields for attorney phone number and email

I want to use AppColl to create a form letter has Attorney name, email, and phone number. The attorney (me) is in the AppColl system as a contact with email and phone number entered.
I see there is a field for {Matter.Attorney} but nothing for the attorney's email and phone number. I also see that there is a field {Contact.Email} and {Contact.Phone}. But the attorney is not listed as a contact.
It seems like this should be straightforward and often used in form letters, but I can't figure out how to do so.
