    How to create/save new form fields?

      Is it possible to create new form fields for ourselves and save them? I opened the Draft e-Office Action Response form field and selected "Save as new," and then I edited from there. (I was trying to make a separate form just for analysis of the office action, but not drafting of the response. I want to test how it compares to the analysis I did on already-filed responses.) I ran it successfully once from that popup window. Then I went to look at something else, and my new form field had disappeared. Am I doing something wrong? TIA

        @gregg_appcoll unfortunately, that doesn't work. In fact, it deletes whatever I added, so that I have only the one prompt from you guys.

          Hi Krista. Make sure you click Apply Changes after you add a new form field. Let us know if this works. Thanks.
