Hi, do you plan to provide API for AppColl. I read some people comment on it and the security seems to be a hurdle. I have set up a report from AppColl so that I can do some automation based on what was already entered in AppColl. But there seems to be no way to automate adding new matters. Importing xslx or csv for new matters is also pretty limited since it only allows limited fields to be imported (e.g., no priority information entry). Can't you come up with a way to securly enable API access to at least add new matters in AppColl?

@gregg_appcoll I generally use the matter page to add matters manually. I tried automating at least partially by populating the fields in a spreadsheet and uploading. But this path is also deficient in the sense that (i) you cannot enter priority information, and (ii) you cannot enter inventor address information, among others. If API security is a problem and you want us to use spreadshet upload to import new matters, then at least the spreadsheet should include all fields necessary to import the new matter information.

Hello. You are correct that security is preventing us from creating an API. Allowing for automated matter creation would still require full API access. You would still have to manually create in AppColl or import via spreadsheet. Just so we understand, where are you adding matters that would be useful for API access? Thanks.
