TIME increments to quarterly hour

Requesting the ability to choose billing with different time increments as opposed to set .10.
It would be helpful to be able to choose this setting either by firm profile or by individual clients. We have billing requirements from our Clients at both .10 and .25.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer both at this time. We have looked into this heavily and it would be extremely challenging to allow multiple billing increments. Apologies.
