It would be great to be able to read the "Notes" in the Conversation Tab without having to click into the field. I use Notes to give a brief description of the email. I think the "Body" column can be reduced in size - you don't get too much information about what the email is related to from the text in that column.

Hi - How are users creating EP Opposition records in AppColl? Should I create a matter type "Other" or matter type "Utility:Foreign?" Thanks!
