Please add the ability to add custom date and text fields on the task level. We need additional comment and date fields to tract client and peer review due dates, in addition to the USPTO due dates.

Additional Sorting and Grouping Capabilities
The ability to sort by multiple columns, for example, sort by client, then by type, then by matter. In addition, the ability to group by one or more fields would be helpful as well.

Attach File Option on Email Template
We'd love to see a file attachment option to attach file associated with the task for sending email templates.

Commission Percentage for each Timekeeper
Add the ability to add a commission percentage for each timekeeper. Some of our attorneys are paid a percentage of the flat fees we bill, and it would be great to be able to calculate commissions payable based on each billing item.

View Pending Billing Items from Matter Page
We need to see billing items on the matter page to avoid duplicate entries, or have a link to view all billing items for that matter. It would also be helpful to see any related billing items per task, in the way a task shows other open tasks from the matter.

We need a few more custom text/date fields on the billing level, similar to the custom fields on the matter level, to assist with reporting and tracking.

Date Calculations
I would love to see the ability to do a datediff or add or subtract a date from "now" in the reporting module. To be able to see the actual number of days between OpenedOn and Today, would be super helpful. We have many clients that ask for that status metric.

Bulk Download e-OfficeAction Files for Specific Date Received
It would be great to have the option to run a task query with the documents listed, similar to USPTO e-Office Actions Today, and select all documents for download at once. Currently, you have to click and download each individually. It would greatly help with processing time to have a select box to bulk download files.

Create "Landscape" Custom Reports
The default pdf format for custom reports is portrait, but most reports are better suited for landscape viewing. It would be great if this was an option to select in the design module.
The majority of users that need the data will not look directly into AppColl to view reports, I have the export and send to them. So the dashboard feature and this auto adjustment is nice, but not helpful when reports need to be used for external users.
