AppColl seeking suggestions from users on foreign references in the IDS Form

Hello AppColl user base. We received a request to change how we populate the SB/08a for the "Foreign Patent Documents" section. Specifically, we have been asked to use the Applicant/Patentee instead of inventors for the field listed in the screenshot below. We have used inventors for many years, without this being questioned by users. As such, we are hesitant to make a blanket change without some user feedback. Thank you for your feedback.
