Madrid Trademark Applications Application Number

When filing a Madrid Application, the USPTO assigns a reference number to the application as well as WIPO.

I request a separate field for each of the separate "Application Numbers" so each reference may be stored and accessed individually.

WIPO Reference Number: 1679834501
USPTO Reference Number A0132225
