RE: Clients/Companies with Multiple Addresses
@KimG5166 Does the "Same as above" residency checkbox solve your issue for inventors? It should allow you to put in a secondary residency address.

Too many tasks!
I am getting too many tasks when I update my matter from PAIR. Is there a way to stop getting certain tasks that are not useful to me such as "Review USPTO Communication - OA EMAIL Email Notification"?

Billing Code Upgrade (December 2024)
The way billing codes (task, activity, and expense codes) work in AppColl is being upgraded.
It is scheduled to happen on 12/11/2024 if there are no setbacks.
Billing codes will be able to have additional information associated with them and it will be easier to search for and select billing codes within billing items.
This will also allow for additional functionality in the future. For more info, see here: https://support.appcoll.com/billing/billing-code-upgrade-december-2024

Hi Christian,
We will remove the unnecessary name from the mailto link so that it can be copied more easily.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Slow Task Document Selection
We are aware of poor performance for some users when adding documents to a task.
This should be improved in the next few days.
We appreciate your patience with this issue and for reporting it to us. -

RE: New email intake address...further suggestion
@ChristianS9906 We will be adding a way to access the client's intake address if their account is being synced to.
There is not currently a notification for when a bad intake address receives an email.
We will discuss adding this as well.
Account admins do receive a notification if an email is sent to a valid intake address but the sender is not whitelisted. -

RE: Improvements to Tandem/Account Syncing
@ChristianS9906 That takes care of one part. The UI is always a large part of any project. We also have to notify account admins when sync changes have been made so that they can review the changes. Other side effects that I haven't predicted have to be considered as well.
