Template Emails with Attachments

It would be great to be able to automatically attach the documents from a task to an email template (where the email template includes a code to do so like a form field).

For example, a filing receipt will automatically populate in certain tasks that were triggered by the receiving of the filing receipt from the USPTO. I would like to create an email template (for reporting) that automatically attaches the document from the task to the email and seem to be unable to do so currently.

I am also looking for a way to automatically attach files associated with tasks (e.g., responses to office actions) when working with client-reporting templates

@AnnM9156 You can create template emails with attachments, or even attach documents for certain task types.

Yes, my attorney is asking for a copy of the office action/document attached to an email notifying him that we received the doc. I'd like to be able to set up an email that send him a copy of the document automatically when we receive it.

Further to this, I'd like form letters to be able to be automatically added to a task when the task is generated.
