@SadiqA2304 We have implemented the Escape to cancel feature which has been suggested a few time. Any time a popup appears, you can click the Escape key to close the popup. We hope this helps.

You can find support tickets listed under the "?" icon in the upper right hand side of your account. Select "Send Comment/Question"
AppColl triggers 1st, 2nd and Final maintenance fee deadlines for US matters when and issue date is filled in the matter field...if you want other reminders you can add those task types so they auto trigger when the issue date is filled.

Hi Bruce-
We kind of do both. In the left margin, you can select only Open tasks, just as you ask. To see and manipulate just open tasks for that matter, you can click the checkmark icon at the top.
You can sort by multiple columns.
Lets say you want to filter on Country and then AttorneyRef. I believe you would first filter on AttorneyRef and then Country. You can add as many filters as you want. Basically, you would sort backwards. The columns won't indicate that they are still within the sort. Only the final selection will be indicated. Hope that makes sense??

Unfortunately, the 2K cannot be changed. This is a browser flaw, not an AppColl limitation.

Introducing AppColl Themes
AppColl Themes is a new feature allowing users to choose different “skins” for their account. In addition to AppColl Classic, we now offer “Modern”, “Dark” and “Solarized”.
To access Themes: Click on your profile icon, and choose “Profile”. Themes will then be located on the left side margin.

You can sort by last name. From the main screen in the Contacts module, click on the "column" link in the upper right-hand corner. From there, choose the field "Last" from the list of available fields on the left, and then make that the first option in the list order displayed on the right. That will allow you to sort by last name. Hope this helps!?!
