Hello Kate and Melissa,
This is a good idea and something we have formally submitted to our engineering team as a new feature. It may take some time, but it will be added. Thanks for your continued feedback.

Hi Brandon, the way to handle this is through the "Affliated..." task filter. Click here. Hopefully this works for you. Thanks.
Thanks - good idea. We'll pass it on to engineering for review.
Hi Sadiq,
This new field should be available this week.
Thanks.
Hi George - good information, thanks for posting.
Thanks for the feedback - sounds reasonable. We'll pass it onto engineering.
One other thing - we have added these fields to our form field explorer (available on the right hand side of many pages) so they are more visible.
Thanks for the input. As this stage it would be very difficult to change the name of a column as all of our users are familiar with the current name. We would need to have a mechanism that allows it to be changed just for your account, which is complex.
Definitely makes matter documents more convenient. We'll discuss internally.
Thanks,

Thanks for the ideas - very interesting. We'll pass it onto engineering for consideration.

@SeanW8986 The best approach here (for a single matter) is probably to generate the standard reminder dates and then edit them manually. If you have a subset of matters with this flow (e.g. a specific client) you could setup a new workflow.

Hi Sadiq,
Yes, we'll also implement {Matter.InventorNicknamesOrFirstNames}.
Thanks,

Thanks for the feedback, Christian. We've forwarded your suggestions to our engineering team.
Hi Christian,
Interesting idea. We'll pass it onto engineering.
Thanks,
AppColl Support
Hi Sadiq,
We'll go ahead and add {Matter.InventorFirstNames} which does the commas and the "and". We'll post here when it's done.
Thanks,
AppColl Support
Hi Christian,
Thanks for the feedback.
There are however, significant security issues with having multiple accounts active in one browser session, so it's unlikely we will be able to do this.

Hi Sadiq,
You can get part of this done using some special formatting codes.
For example, {Matter.Examiner(ToTitleCase)} would give you Joe Smith.
Converting to a contact is a good idea, we will look into it.
Thanks,
AppColl Support
Hi Sadiq,
This has been added. Please let us know how this works for you.
Hi Sadiq,
We will add this as a form field called {Contact.NicknameOrFirst}. We chose Nickname first since that would be the field you would want pulled first.
Richard - the functionality you suggested is excellent and something we may pursue in the future.
We will let you know when this is done.
Thanks.

Hi Mark - this is a good suggestion. We have added this a formal change request by auto-populating the field with "Corporation" upon generation. Currently, we will leave the contact record alone. We hope this helps.

Hi Mark - This is a good idea. We will add this as change request. We will let you know when this has been added. Currently, we do not have an ETA.
Hi George - thank you for the suggestion. We will pass this on to our engineering group for consideration. We hope this helps.
Hi Kenneth - For security reasons, browsers do not allow access to file systems. As such, this would not be possible. We hope this helps.
Good idea. Engineering is looking into it. Don't know how difficult it will be.
Hi Christian,
Good ideas - thanks. We've added an engineering item for these suggestions. a) can be done reasonably quickly. b) will take longer.
Hi George,
This is a good idea and something we have added to our list. We will let you know when we add this functionality.
Thank you Christian for the suggestion. We will pass this on to engineering for consideration. Keep the ideas coming.
We have added this as a formal feature request. The plan is to add another element to the list like "Form Letters" and "USPTO Forms" called "Recently Used Forms".
