Hi Mark - this is a good suggestion. We have added this a formal change request by auto-populating the field with "Corporation" upon generation. Currently, we will leave the contact record alone. We hope this helps.

Agreed! Adding a "Create Form Letter" button, as in the Matter Details page, would be great. Indeed, just about every page would benefit from a "Create Form Letter" button. See my separate post advocating for such a button on the Task page.
@MarkW5689 The new form field explorer control should help with most form field questions. It is available on the same pane as the history and discussion tabs.
