I second this! As we are building tools via Codex and the like, we are finding it very difficult without direct access (via) API to our docketing system. Appcoll's reports provide us the data we need in many instances, but they are cumbersome to maintain and seem like an unnecessary hurdle. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to automate some actions we take regularly in Appcoll, such as adding comments to tasks, without having to upload a CSV file or log in.

Hi Theresa. There sure is. We send reports via email to any email program. If you use Outlook, the reports will open right up in the body of the email if you use option 11 as shown in the first article below. This article teaches you how to schedule reports to email you as needed. The 2nd article shows you how to create the docketing reports first. Hi, Priority information can be imported via a separate spreadsheet. Inventor contact information would be imported via a contacts spreadsheet. For help doing this, please contact AppColl support.

The way to do this current is to filter the activity log from the reports module. Search for changed and respondby in the description field.

As the built-in task reminder reports cannot be changed, we recommend creating a custom scheduled report for task reminders. That way, you can add any information you need. Please contact AppColl Support if you need more details.
