The way to do this is to click the checkbox at the top of the page, which will show you all open tasks. From there, you can update these tasks in bulk. We hope this helps.

I agree. I currently use a separate spreadsheet for organizing oddball tasks. One of the main benefits of this spreadsheet over AppColl is the ability to color code the task entries so I can better view / absorb the task list. I'd love to have this ability in AppColl and get rid of this additional spreadsheet.

Hi Whitney - Since follow-up reminders can be very customized to a customer's needs, we do not have default tasks or reminders. You can easily create follow-up reminder tasks and emails. Would you like someone from Support to reach out and have a call to discuss in detail?

@RichardS3059 I have a follow-up question about this topic. Is there a way for the ReferenceDate of the "Request non-pub rescission" task to be the filing date of the non-US application? The task I created uses the US application filing date instead of the non-US application filing date as the reference date.

Yes you certainly can. If you have a custom matter user field already added to your settings, you may also add it to the matter importing spreadsheet. The system should recognize that custom field and import the data from that column that is in your spreadsheet.
