      Hello all. You can do this by opening a tab with the Billing Timers Billing dropdown. Then move this as separate window in your browser. So you will have AppColl in one browser window and the Billing Timers in a separate window. We hope this helps.

      Hi Christian - we actually have this data in the database called ClientContactContactID. We will expose this as a column.

      For inventors, you can export the inventor list from the Matter's Excel icon. This download includes the InventorID. We will let you know when this is done. Does this work for you?

      I understand what you're saying and the difference between what we provide and what you're seeking. We will pass this on to engineering Sadiq.

      Regarding the contacts query option we currently have, the drop-down created by the query would list actual contacts, and not things like email addresses. You could use a query to only show a list of Inventors, by writing Role.Contains("inventor") for example.

      Hi Christian,

      Thank you for your suggestions. Currently, we prevent multiple accounts from using the same customer number. This is for privacy reasons. A second account can use a cust number once we have approval from the first. Allowing any customer number in the contacts page would circumvent that requirement without additional validation.

      Your addendum request is feasible and will be passed on to engineering. I hope this helps.
