We have made some progress on your requests.
Deleting trash is now significantly faster. You can also filter items to be deleted as being older than a specific date. See below. We hope this helps.
@JasonP2345 Currently, this is not available. However, we are working on a new interface that would allow such a trigger. It's still a number of months out. We will keep you posted. Thanks for the suggestion.

@SadiqA2304 It's probably best to use the MatterID as it will always be reliable. It's always in the cc: field, so you don't have to type it in.
Unfortunately this system is not perfect. When in doubt use the matter ID , as this is checked first.
You can now use the attorneyRef as the email address.

This will only work for attorney refs that contain letters, numbers, underscores, hyphens, and periods.
The sender's email address must still exist in the account for security reasons."

@AngieL8074 The first time any invoice is created for a new client, the format will be used the next time the same client is selected. So this acts as a template.
This continues for adding additional clients.

Hi RIchard - if you selected the report from the drop down, the name should pop up. When you click Save (with the overwrite checkbox checked), it should overwrite without having to re-type the name. Is this not happening?
