@BrandonK6644 We worked in depth with our developers on this today. Unfortunately, there is not a way to make this work within the current reporting capabilities of AppColl.
Apologies for the delay.

Hello all. This has been added. Thanks.
We should already be doing this. See below. Do you have any SB08a where this is not happening?

So sorry for the delay. We have increased the priority on this one. We will announce when this has been done.
We will allow for the EBD field as a triggering event and the ability to select it in the Response Date drop-down for task types.
@MelissaT3398 The new form was pushed out yesterday from the PTO. We should have it in AppColl by tomorrow. I hope this helps.
@ChristianS9906
We're working on populating this date in the next day or so. Thanks for your understanding.
Bruce and Christian,
Official Filing Date is not auto-populated. It is a manual entry field.
The EBD is being deployed in the next day or so. I will add back to this thread. Thanks for the patience.
@ChristianS9906 Great. Thanks for the feedback.

This has been added. Apologies for the delay. We hope this helps.
@ChristianS9906
Hi Christian - so sorry for the delay. We have been swamped with other projects. This should be added within a month.
Hi Benjamin - we are awaiting the new form to be released so we can begin work on this. We will make an announcement when this has been implemented. We hope this helps.
Yes this will be done by year-end.
@ChristianS9906 Got it. I will add this as a new feature request.
Hi Christian,
We can probably do this with the assumption that priority claims are made based on 35 USC 119. Just so I am crystal clear, we would put the EBD as the earliest filed application whether it's provisional or not? Or ignore the provisional's filing date?
Gregg
Thanks for the suggestion. We will certainly pass this on to engineering.
The reason may have been to stop generating a number of tasks when the priority date changes. This allows you to manually edit what you need.
@JanisA1115
This is a good idea and something we have added as a new feature request with our engineering group. We will let you know when this has been implemented. An ETA is not know as of yet. Thanks.
@ChristianS9906 - Sorry for the delay. We bumped the priority of this so it should get done much quicker. I don't have an exact ETA on this. I hope this helps.
HI George - only the payments and retainer sections should show 10-03-24. The reason why is that we will allow payments to be pulled into the invoice up to the date it's resaved. The idea being, if a customer made a partial payment on Oct-01, we want to include that if the invoice was regenerated on the 3rd.
With that being said, we will add some text that says Payment and Retainers through October 3, 2024. We hope this helps.
We have added this as a formal new feature request. We will let you know when this has been added.
Hi Leslie,
We're working with engineering to see if this is possible. We will get back to you soon. Thanks.
Yes, there is. You can use triggers for multiple task types that are all the same. So task 1 would trigger when some other action occurs. Task 2 would trigger from the exact same action as task 1 did. Same with tasks 3, 4, etc.
We evaluated this and came to the conclusion that the data in Patent Center was incomplete and some times invalid. As such, we still rely on eSpaceNet which has cleaner data at this time.
We will look at this again down the road to se if things have gotten better.
Thank you for the suggestion. We will look into adding an option to choose between the two. We hope this helps.
@BrandonK6644 Let me get back to you on this.
@BrandonK6644 The following query should work for your first question. Please let us know if you have questions.

We will certainly get this added Christian. Thanks for letting us know.
We might be able to do this if you're using AppColl to send the email. We will pass this onto engineering. Unfortunately, it would not be possible to do so if you're using Outlook/Gmail due to browser restrictions on the amount of data that can be sent to another email program.
Hi Kim,
Thank you for the suggestion. We will pass your suggestion on to engineering for future consideration. Please keep the ideas coming.
