      AppColl displays a yellow triangle next to any field in Matter Detail pages when a discrepancy exists between the information stored in AppColl and the information AppColl received from one of Private Pair (via XML files), EspaceNet or TSDR.

      Account Administrators can change permissions for any contacts in their account. Please Note: Account admins have access to everything, so their permissions cannot be altered.

      In order to change a user's permissions, open their contact record and click the "Permissions" button on the left.

      Enabling and Disabling logins are fully controlled by an administrator of your account. From the Contacts Module, you can enable/disable a login with the click of a button.

      You can easily see closed tasks from the Tasks Module. In the lower left corner (under the Change View section) you will see a drop down as shown below. Select the All Completed option.

      You have the ability to add custom UTBMS codes to a billing item. Currently, there is not a way to save them for re-use. They would have to be manually added for each billing item.

      AppColl automatically creates a sub folder for each new matter created in AppColl. The sub folder, named after the AttorneyRef, is placed under the client folder. Each matter folder has four default sub-folders named:

      -AsFiled

      Hi Jonah - While we currently grab the respective document(s) for each eOA --e.g. we do grab docs that go with 892 actions that come in-- I'll send this over to the Engineering team to see if it's something we can/should/could do. I like the idea of never having to log into PAIR (for various reasons, ha).

      I would use type "Other". Most non-"Other" types can have an effect of triggering generation of one task or another from AppColl-provided built-in Task Types.

      With Type "Other", you might be able to create custom Task Types for an EP opposition workflow.

      I use Other for trademark enforcement matters.
